What is your Return Policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of original order shipment. Exceptions include: orders that were damaged, late or otherwise affected in any way due to our error. If an item is damaged or there is a manufacturer defect we will replace the item free of charge and send you the replacement. If the item is not damaged but you wish to return it, you may do so and we will credit your account for the product's cost once we receive the return item(s). We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Opened items are considered used and cannot be returned for a refund. Please ship all returns to the following address:
